  • Climate Control: Run the reverse-cycle A/C during daytime solar windows. Close windows when running fans, and use the fire screen when enjoying the wood-burning fireplace.
  • Spa Rules: Shower before entering the spa, keep the luxury cover secure when not in use to retain heat, and ensure children are supervised at all times.
  • Campfire Etiquette: Campfire use is strictly subject to seasonal fire bans and Singleton Council safety regulations. Clear guidelines are provided on-site, and fires must never be left unattended.

Standard Stay Rates

$2,499 AUD / Night Minimum 2-night stay required. Base luxury rate covering up to 16 sleeping guests across the main house and cabins.
Strict Property Guardrails:
  • Standard guest cap applies strictly to 12-16 registered guests.
  • Absolutely no outside day visitors or unauthorized gatherings are permitted on-site.
  • No commercial event vendors (such as external caterers or florists) are permitted under this standard tier.

Cancellation Policy

14-Day Free Window: Receive a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time.

Late Modifications: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable due to the exclusive nature of our 133-hectare estate calendar.
