We feature a designated, high-capacity commercial parking zone mapped near the entrance and Barn. This prevents major turf damage during wet weather from vendor vans and guest cars.

Essential Council & Operational Rules

To maintain strict regional compliance within the Singleton Council area, we enforce the following parameters:

  • NSW STRA Noise Curfew: All amplification or loud speakers must be strictly moved indoors or turned off past 10:00 PM. Smart noise monitors are active on the patio.
  • Absolute Guest Cap: The absolute maximum headcount on-site at any single time is capped strictly at 30 people (including suppliers and coordinators) to protect our water and waste infrastructure.
  • Commercial Waste Plan: Capped micro-events quickly outpace standard council wheelie bins. Your venue fee directly covers contracting a private local waste provider to clear the commercial skip bins after checkout.

Venue Tier Rates

$2,499 AUD / Night + $2,500 AUD Flat Venue Fee Minimum 2-night stay required. The nightly rate covers premium on-site accommodation for up to 16 sleeping guests, while the flat Event Fee covers event logistics.

Cancellation Policy

14-Day Free Window: Receive a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time.

Late Modifications: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable due to the exclusive nature of our 133-hectare estate calendar.
